Clifton Heights Party in the Park & 3K Run

Saturday, September 27th, 3 to 8 p.m.

Come have fun in Clifton Heights, a scenic neighborhood tucked away in south St. Louis that St. Louis Magazine has called one of the “Best Places to Live” (2009) and “Best Parks for Strolling” (2014). The Clifton Heights Neighborhood Association hosts its annual Party in the Park on Saturday Sept. 27, 3 to 8 p.m., at Clifton Heights Park, which is located at 6100 Simpson Ave., St. Louis, 63139, just a couple of blocks west of Hampton and south of I-44.

The party will feature live music from St. Louis favorites Hudson and the Hoodoo Cats (5 to 8 pm) and The Maxx Roby Band (3 to 5 pm). There will be BBQ and beverages and a variety of entertainment for kids of all ages: games, paddle boat rides, washer tournament and silent auction.

Get an “up close” tour of the neighborhood by joining the Fifth Annual 3K & Kids Run which will start at 3 p.m. and will wind through neighborhood streets (and hills!). Awards will be presented to the top finisher in each age group and finisher ribbons will be presented to all youths. The youth run is FREE to all ages 10 and under.

Registration for St. Louis Track Association and Clifton Heights Neighborhood Association members, with a race tee shirt included, is only $15 through Sept. 19 ($20 after Sept. 19).
