Time: 9am – 4pm
We will be embarking on a cleaning project to clean out the park building. We store all of our neighborhood event items securely in the building and we are WELL overdue to clean it. The garage and the meeting rooms are filthy and need to be scoured, patched, mopped and thoroughly cleaned.
Cleaning supplies will be provided, please bring a bucket, mop, broom etc. and GLOVES!! Everything needs to be taken outside of the rooms and we will sweep, mop, clean windows, scour anything that can be scoured, clean furniture, recycle a mountain of decades old paperwork, clean out the fireplace (yes, there’s a fireplace inside) and then put everything back.
I suspect it will be a big job, but many hands make light work. We’d appreciate any amount of time or assistance (or donation of cleaning items) that you could give us. Email me at lisa@lindenwoodpark.org if you have any questions.
